What's Included & Details
Retainer Details
Minimum Commitment:
All retainers require a minimum commitment of 3 months, billed monthly or upfront. After 3 months, we’ll reassess to make sure the hours still match your needs.
Monthly Hours:
Each retainer includes a set number of design hours per month:

15, 30, or 50 hours depending on your package

You’ll receive a quick update if a project is expected to exceed your remaining hours — so you can approve or reprioritize accordingly.
Additional Hours:

Additional hours within your month: $70/hour

Projects outside the retainer agreement (rush, new brand, web design, etc.): $150/hour
Unused Hours:
Design hours do not roll over month to month. This ensures we keep your work moving forward consistently and can plan our schedule to prioritize your projects.
Payment Schedule:
Invoices are sent on the 1st of each month and due by the 10th. Any extra hours from the prior month will be added to your invoice.
